You don’t need a faith as big as the size of your problem to handle and overcome your problem in life. All that you need is a small but pure faith, a faith without unbelief. According to the Lord Jesus, a very small amount of faith as a mustard seed (the smallest of all seeds) is sufficient to remove a mountain if no unbelief is present to hinder or negate it.
The Lord Jesus said to His disciples, “If you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.” (Matt. 17:20 NKJV). If you only have a tiny amount of faith without any unbelief, nothing will be impossible for you!
There are few things in life that are totally incompatible. Love and fear are certainly contrastive and incompatible. It is absolutely impossible to have both together at the same time. Where there is love, there is no fear; and where there is fear, there is no love!
Why then are many people today who claim to be in love still bound by fear? It is simply because natural, erotic or sexual love is not strong enough to cast out fear and deliver any soul from the torment or anguish of fear! Then, what kind of love can totally eliminate fear and deliver human soul from the torment or anguish of fear? Perfect love!
Your revelation knowledge of Christ and of your spiritual identity, exalted position, and great authority in Christ will embolden and strengthen you. Your spiritual strength and boldness is a function of your depth of revelation knowledge of Christ and who you are in Christ.
It is as you spend more time in deep and personal communion with God in prayer and in God’s Word that you will grow in the knowledge of God, increase in spiritual discernment, in spiritual understanding of your true identity in Christ, and in exercising boldly your spiritual authority in Christ over the spirit of fear…
Any time you speak, pray or act in fear; you sin against God. Unfortunately, many prayers we offer in our churches today are motivated by fear of our enemies. Sadly, many believers and churches today are being controlled, dominated and influenced by fear of death, witches or demons.
Your victory over fear starts with you recognizing fear as a disobedience to God’s command that you should not fear. God commands, “Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by your name; you are Mine.” (Isa. 43:1 NKJV). Any of your actions that is not motivated by faith is a sin in God’s sight; “for whatever is not from faith is sin.” (Rom. 14:23 NKJV)…
God did not create you to be ruled, dominated, controlled, or driven by your unstable emotions or feelings. Therefore, it is foolishness to submit or surrender your life to negative emotions such as anger, sorrow, fear, worry, hatred, anxiety, bitterness, depression, or discouragement.
The Scripture describes anyone who expresses all his feelings gushily or effusively, without any control or restraint, as a fool. “A fool vents all his feelings, but a wise man holds them back.” (Prov. 29:11 NKJV). If you don’t control your feelings, especially the negative one, you are simply acting as a fool!
God created us with capacity to evince or express diverse emotions. Without such capacity, we are not better than robots. It will undoubtedly be difficult to relate well with one another without being able to feel or express any emotions or feelings.
Can you imagine a world full of people without the capacity to express their emotions? That would certainly be a very dull, boring, and uninteresting world! In contrast, can you imagine a world full of people with no control over their emotions? That would certainly be a wild, dangerous, and unsafe place to live!
